Saturday Morning

We’re hanging out with Eli this morning. He was trying to eat a bit when we got here, but it wasn’t quite working for him. Thankfully, Megan thought to bring one of his bottles from home. As soon as he latched onto that thing, he went to town. He ate six ounces in all. He was hungry.
Eli slept pretty well during the night. They said he slept from 10pm to 4:30am. That’s a pretty good stretch considering what he’s been through. He’s asleep now and has been for the last 40 minutes. Pray he continues to sleep and eat well so we can take him home soon.

Dave and Megan, I am glad that Megan did bring a familiar bottle and he ate so well. I am in awe that he sleep for as long as he did last night. That is great! The Lord is so good! Dad’s working today….and is thinking about coming with me when I go to the cities on Wed. Take care of yourselves. The Lord is holding you all in His hand. Love Mom
Yeah … I have been praying desperately for all those issues, and because I have been gone this morning since before 10am and your phones have been turned off, I have also been desperately wondering how things are going. I am so thankful that he was able to sleep and eat! I know you both are even more so. Praises!!
